They are fighting with heart right
now and it's admirable. Israel murdering people on a daily basis for entire year of 'ceasefire' likely drove them to this decision to fight back with heart and all their will

even after this extreme news, oil is still $100-$105 (up from $90 last Friday)
the US cannot in practical terms release oil quickly enough to offset the oil loss, so the impact of this is very limited

The math: 9 million barrels per day offline. US SPR max release rate: 4.4mb/d theoretical, 1.2mb/d historically achieved. A 300-400 million barrel release takes 68+ days to fully deploy.

Agreed, nothing should or can be asked of the Palestinians at this juncture.
They need to focus on their own survival and rebuilding their capabilities.
