This is correct, when pax Americana was dominant, but its now pax China that is dominant so this narrative will get proven to be wrong soon.
 
What's the point of wasting drones on Qatar, Bahrain Uae and Kuwait? Hit israel with whatever the inventory is left. IRGC commanders are making nonsense decisions in expending their inventory on non-targets as of now.

The point is to punish US allies who host bases, cause brand damage and capital flight to GCC wannabes and raise the price of gasoline.

That's already done in last 10 days. Focus must be on hitting Israel with their dwindling inventory of launchers. They have yet to hit or kill any prominent Israeli figure. It was not GCC who killed Khomeini, it was Israel. Any attack on GCC from now on will only benefit Israel.

Before the withdraw they want to destroy everything they want to make sure That Arabs and Iranians go for extensive rebuild. This is what they did with their assets in Afghanistan when they were withdrawing. They destroyed every available item.
This is one way of withdrawal like old times. Armies used to burn everything behind

In fact, it is very good military technique. They're not allowing them to rebuild or provide support to those bases. They making sure after this all..those Arabs will not have these bases again and they will be free of American influence

They want to keep the pressure on
