Why are these things dropping so slow as compared to interceptors?

Because they typically weigh 2.5kg-20kg bomblets. The reason you see them is their heat shield burning upon release, but as they slow down (winged bomblets) they cool and thus don’t reflect light

Cliuster munitions probably they fall at slow speeds but I don’t know just guessing
