Pak ministers must keep repeating that Nukes are for deterrence and can only be used if Pak vulnerabilities are threatened (loss of large chunks of land or army or sea denial).
Now, if a defence pact allows an overseas deployment of a large contingent of the Pakistani army, and they get completely (God forbid) annihilated or nuked, then Pak can use that.
Nothing less than that Pak would use that as it is not an offensive weapon.

Pakistan needs money. Unlike other nations they aren’t loaded with oil or gas.

So usually Egypt and Pakistan have to rely on Saudi Arabia for money to fund their economies when the going gets tough.

The post-US middle east will leave a lot of vacuum to be filled with Iran will rise as a nuclear power in the region.

And according to the Arabs, they will not sit idle, and they will pursue to become a nuclear power if Iran becomes one.

Turkey will eventually leave NATO and become a nuclear power as well.

I’m afraid Middle East countries have missed the boat it’s to late for them at this stage in getting Nukes.
