Our economy is attacked through the land and air of GCC states. They could make a joint statement to close the bases, land and air to US forces, then they would not have to worry about any Iranian attack.
We see that some of these US bases are massive, and we have to send many missiles and drones to destroy them irreversibly. That will take weeks/months. We focus on strategic gains and seek strategic change in the region (after the war).
The ones doing the attacking are the Israelis and the US regardless. Those Gulf rulers are pathetically weak and subservient to the US. Everyone knows this, their own people know this, they can't do shit if the US decides they will use their airspace to attack Iran.
But by attacking their counties infrastructure and economy the hardest in response, instead of the ones actually dropping the bombs, even the local population who probably have alot of sympathy for Iran will start to turn now. Eventually even the average citizen there won't be opposed to attacking Iran directly as a result. This is exactly what Israeli wants to see happen.
If Iran stuck to hitting the US bases and Israel itself, or even if they hit the actual regimes and targets MBS and Zayed clan directly, then it wouldn't be as bad for the average person there because they understand they are valid targets. But when you destroy the economy and infrastructure though, you are attacking the population directly and their life lines, it will guarantee them turning against you, especially when it's Israel the one who attacked you, not them directly.
It's just bad optics and PR to see all the attacks on them and barely anything of real impact against the actual aggressor Israel. No one is fooled by those retarded firecrackers they send a couple times a day there, those do nothing, it's all for show. Hit Israel hard too like last summer with real punishing attack that hurt, lash out at the actual attacker, don't spare them but then attack the Gulf countries infrastructure ten times harder instead, that makes no sense.
