That's the missile path. The missile is trying to hit something on the coast of Israel.
Assuming that's not Hezbollah fire which set off a # alarms. Sometimes their alert system malfunctions.

I would argue the population in the GCC is already anti Iran thanks to 40 plus years of sectarian and ethnic hatreds stoked by GCC rulers. I could refer you to some prewar surveys where the GCC public viewed Iran far more negatively than Israel or the US.
With regards to the GCC directly attacking Iran, well what more could they do that Israel and the US haven't already done.
