I noticed that Iran fires missiles usually under the cover of clouds.

maybe that helps in evading the satellites who are looking for the exhaust flames in a missile launch and who then send coordinates to hunter-killer drones.

I don't think you can repair an F-35 that easily, we don't know how much damage it sustained but plausibly takes more money to repair than it's worth.

1. Untouchable became touchable, F-35 no longer is "invincible"
2. 7 tankers out of commission/active duty
3. Damage carrier returning regardless of the reasons is also a blow to that superiority aura previously created
4. Every single day Iran keeps this war going is making USA and Israel look like fools

I thought there’s actually a lot news”legit news sources not twitter) saying hit was hit by Iranian fire let’s assume yes maybe f 35 can’t be detected by radar but when your the only planes flying in the sky do you really need radar to visually see the plane

We both don't know how much damage it sustained but you're the only one that claims it can't be repaired that easily. I said until repaired didn't say when it will fly.

complex piece of kit. any damage to the engine (as indicated by the video) will not be easy to repair. extent of damage TBD so I'm just speculating.

proof? the proof is that the a single engine F-35 returned to base after its engine ate a missile. Do you believe in pixies and fairies just because you've seen a video of such creatures? I've seen FLIR videos of the F-35 in flight, the hot engine exhaust looks nothing like that video you shared.Finally, the missile plume and the missiles main body is disconnected.

Too many fake videos having been posted already for one thing. Though someone else had posted it's not been proven yet the video is fake.

Not to mention that Irán never attacked US. The problem is that US cannot have a non aligned military power capable of neutralizing Israel which is their brand in the Middle East.

Moreover ISRAEL PAID, FUNDED AND LET ISIS to take southern parts of Damascus during Syrian Civil war. And also Israel did NOTHING, absolutely nothing to stop Islamic State when they took nearly a third part of Irak, while Irán and PMU Khataib Hizbollah cleaned with Soleimani all Irak from Islamic State.

So Irán cleaned up the mess started by Bush Jr and Cheney. Nobody did more to avoid terrorism than Irán in the Middle East.
