Well , more like Pakistan is going to try and thread the needle and asking the Shia clerics for help in keeping the public calm. Unfortunately the foolish General spoke in a rude and haughty manner to them and seems some clerics are unhappy.

It could be a precautionary meeting, like I said maybe Pakistan will send its AF for defensive role, to shoot down drones and BM's, now in this day and age, pics and videos will come out if PAF start operation in KSA, so in that the Shia's of Pakistan should not see such operation as Pakistan taking Part in any offensive or bombing campaign against Iran, no matter how many ups and downs we have with Iran it will be very low chance that PA will directly attack Iran or take Part side by side with America/Israel or Gulfie's, remember we said no to send our troops in Yemen, and we got threaten and even paid a dearly price for it.

I mean then what's the point of having those F-15's and Typhoons ? I mean seriously, i get it that back in 1990's they needed America to protect them from Saddam but over the decades they build a massive military, so many advance systems, heck they have the most advance AD systems in the region except Israel. And even a collective GCC with all their resources and military might they still have PTSD from the Gulf war? in this case Iran? I mean Iran alone can not win against the entire Gulf, yes they can damage and give them a bloody nose but not fully beat them.

It is illogical to suggest that the majority of Pakistanis dont feel what is happening to Iran as unjust and a direct war against muslims but statecraft takes precedence unfortunately and always has over any Muslim brotherhood and to pretend Iran doesn't do the same is hypocrisy.

It is most illogical to invite and even support the dismantling of a regime in Tehran that remains Pakistan's natural barrier against an Israeli presence on our western border. Folks tend to forget this basic truism.

I am not sure if the minimal Israeli goal, which was to set back Iranian economy and its military capabilities by decades, is achieved yet.
