Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

You have eaten too many American donuts.

Surrender does not bring peace.

When the Hamas delegation was discussing the peace plan proposed by the United States in Qatar, Israel bombed them.

When the United States and Iran were discussing a peace plan, the United States and Israel suddenly invaded Iran.

No matter what kind of political system Iran has, it is not a reason for the Epstein allied forces of the United States and Israel to illegally invade a sovereign country.
I agree Iran as it stands now was going to be attacked either way. I’m talking about the entire ideological framework of Iran dating from the 70s. Things could have been very different.

Irrespective of hitting the base or note, even reaching anywhere near Diego Garcia shows Iran is revealing new capabilities. It is obvious they have been holding back a lot of capability and probably planned for a long war. What is now happening is also psychological, everytime Israel and US mouth off about degrading Iran, Iran then shows up with something new.
Iran has, proverbially, proven that it is the regional heavy ****. Taking on the world. Brave sons of the soil. May peace come soon.

What an utter non statement. Literally just words with no position.

Modi foreign policy summed up in one tweet....
He's the worst PM in the history of India. His party is the most corrupt too both economically and morally. We miss Dr. Manmohan Singh saab. He was a real statesman and a gentleman.

If the oil was sold based on the US dollar, then that money will stay in US banks, and Iran won't be able to use it. It is a double-edged sword that the US secretary of treasury is deploying.

That being said, it is doubtful Iran would accept its cargo to be sold via the US Dollar; they would most likely opt for Chinese currency (Yuan). And this claim from the Trump admin about removing sanctions on Iranian oil that is on the sea could be a gimmick designed to bring the price of oil down.

Last 35 odd years, ever since Gulf War 1 in 1992, global military doctrine has been heavily based on the assumption that if you have air superiority in a conventional war (Vietnam and Afghanistan do not count), you will win. This was the case in Iraq in 1991, Balkan Wars, etc.

Iran has turned its weakness in this area into a strength. It has obviously used a massive underground network to let it's enemy exhaust it's airpower and then use underground missiles to fight back.

No country has ever done this before, think North Korea has geared up for this too. Basically both countries know they cannot compete for air superiority in a war so did not bother wasting resources. They went for massive underground missile network. Guess this can only work if you are able to accept some massive damage from bombing, however, Iran seems to be absorbing everything thrown at it.

I think we are now seeing a big change in the nature of war. The most powerful air force in the Middle East, with over 400 very modern jets, the best anti missile defences, nukes etc cannot stop missiles hitting it all over the place.

Hopefully Pak Mil is learning lessons here....

He was. Probably helped he was from Punjab. He knew the enemy may be the enemy, but they were humans too.

I really rated him. Also he instigated the reforms that set India on a path to rapid economic growth. Really feel if someone like him took over right now India and Pakistan would be a world beating economic and strategic block, but alas...
