Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Regarding gasoline prices and "pain at the pump" here in the United States. I maintain a log of fuel purchases for my DD as well as all other maintenance records. The Democrats like to point out the high prices at the pumps. Well, they are a bit disingenuous. From my logs:

1. For the year 2022, I purchased gas 26 times. Basically every other week. The average price per gallon was $4.188. The maximum price (in California that purchase) was $5.279. The lowest price paid was $3.159 on Dec. 22nd of that year.

2. For the year 2023, gas was purchased 35 times. The average price was $3.858, the high $4.599, with a low of $2.859.

3. For current year, gas has been purchased 13 times. The average price YTD is $3.144, the low $2.679, and the high being $4.359. In fact, I filled up yesterday and the price per gallon was $3.799.

If I consider the price only for the period when this conflict started, gas has been purchased twice. The average price per gallon $3.799. As of this posting, I can get gas at $3.799. In other words, the price at the present time is no worse than it was for two full years under the previous administration.

Yeah, it's true but here the main rogue actor is USA.

Israel is nothing.

And put USA on notice is not so easy.

I think, maybe China wants to allow some world economy disruption, to gain advantage over Western competitors, like in Covid crisis.

But after that, maybe they wont tolerate USA clowns trolls regime.

USA is fcking world economy in the daylight. And through lies, pretending to protect world economy.

Except high inflation and gasoline prices were among the leading causes of Biden/Dems losing elections.

trump started a war and to prevent disaster, lifts sanctions on Iranian oil, to try to prevent further disaster.

Go to the reddit page on Leopards Ate My Face, and read about the suffering caused by this war. It should not determine Iranian policy, it does show Iranian objectives are working. It explains why trump is crying so much and throwing temper tantrums.

Iran could respond to their energy getting hit with hitting oil and gas of Arab states. Only Syrian, Iraq and Iranian Oil and Gas for export. If Iranian oil is gone, no Iraqi exports, not to Asia either

No need. The marines must come within 2000 KM range before they attack. Those marine amphibious ships no doubt will be heavily guarded by destroyers with anti-BM missiles. Iran need to land a few missiles on the marine's ships.

If Israel collapsed all these experts will scape to Europe, safe and sound. And imagine what will they do to Arabs from there. It's better to let no one scape Israel when Israel is taken down.

Yes now they can keep their weapons/forces safe underground but the Iranian public is exposed to direct threats from their enemies.

Now having said that, I understand that Iran has been under sanctions and probably have been resource starved and went towards the easiest but restricted path towards defense via missile offense. The results have been good considering that.

Biggest challenge is that a countries defense forces are there to protect the citizens of the country. That part is compromised with enemy having air supremacy. Especially, considering that Iran is dealing with two madmen with apocalyptic designs..

They didnt neglect defense actually. In 2024 the first isreali attack was repelled successfully by air defenses. But radar based air defenses which was the only available route for Iran in that time didnt return the dividends back against the two major air powers combined. But now Iran is on good route with IIR EO systems and they are thinking of ways to counter those new threats by modifying their current systems or creating new ones.

Another issue was cruise missile defense. isreal and usa attacks with cruise missiles(or albm but they are low in number) where they dont want to risk to enter and defending against cruise missiles should not be that difficult as we see in Ukraine theater. Similarly defending against kamikaze drones is not too difiicult even with machine gun based systems. These low altitude cheaper defenses needs to be produced in higher quantities and needs to be camouflaged by radar-thermal scattering camo nets, shoot scoot mode operations to be protected from high altitude threats.
