Iran ordered 48 Su-35s of a different specification from those built for Egypt. It was rumored that Iran wanted some of the Ex Egyptian aircraft to augment the fleet until the Su-35s could be delivered. There were also rumors that Iran had a squadron of Su-27SM3s loaned by Russia as a stop gap.

The destruction caused by the war is rather insignificant. Nothing that would be game changing for Iran or signals anything remotely close to surrender. As long as Iran's civilian infrastructure is intact, it is not even a minor factor in our calculations.

There will be no guarantees. First of all, Pakistan and Turkey have no weight in international politics. Secondly, Russia and China have proven to be extremely unreliable times and times again. Most recently, they proved that again, just 2 weeks ago, by their neutral vote on Bahrain's UNSC proposal against Iran.

Even more importantly, there can be no guarantees theoretically, let alone practically. The US is a permanent member of the UN Security Council. You cannot count on guarantees against such an adversary. Only deterrence works against such an adversary.

Your information is correct. You might as well learn a bit more; besides C801, there are also C802 and B610. Turkey obtained the B611.

There was no way, we were too poor at that time, and international law back then was not as strict as it is now.

from what i read ss called iran , FM called trump
and we are trying to arrange a meet and positioning ourself to be lead intermediators
(finally some balls this is what i wanted)

iran has confirmed " friendly countries "contacted for ceasefire but hasnt answered yet ( this is the where conflicting reports are coming from )

There were ideas floating around since last year, where Pakistan can hold & jointly process Low-Level Enriched Uranium with Iran as a guarantor for both sides (making sure that only rector grade Uranium is enriched jointly) and israel can thus no more use the excuse to drag US into the wars against Iran repeatedly. Considering that Pakistan is coming up as the mediator, that arrangement might as well work out as a win-win for both sides where only and only israel loses.

Since the whole premise of this war was laid on taking out Iran's nuclear program and US getting badly stuck into it all with no face-saving way out. As mentioned earlier, control of Hormuz can then be decided jointly by US & Iran.

No this won't happen, the US or Europe don't want more nuclear powers either so wouldn't agree.

Pakistan is not going to enrich weapons grade Uranium for anyone that would destroy its own diplomatic standing and reputation as an unstable power, for literally zero gain to itself and all risk.

We helped Iran in the past and suffered for it, they ratted us out and there was problems that followed
