Yair Lapid: The only thing Netanyahu changed was the Israeli society

🔹 Yair Lapid, the leader of the Israeli opposition, wrote ironically to Benjamin Netanyahu: The only thing that Netanyahu has changed is not the face of the Middle East, but the Israeli society, we are divided from the inside.

If it is going to be about Iran then I can think of only two options: We are going to take over the Strait of Hormuz to secure the Free World's future OR we have attained our war objectives and coming home.

Iran is trying to do so, yes. Whether it succeeds or not remains to be seen.
I think it's clear that those bases aren't safe to return to unless Iran is destroyed completely, which probably won't happen.

War is over man.

Iran has not attacked Israel in 17+ hours. Nor have they attacked any PGCC country other than Bahrain so far all night.

Iran appears to be standing down.

The civilian infrastructure in Iran is still under attack. So if an agreement was reached, it looks like we're going to same situation where a ceasefire may have been signed but "Israel" will keep attacking. This is what they did to Gaza and Lebanon afterall after ceasefire was agreed. 👇

⭕️ Civilian areas in Iran targeted in US-Israeli airstrikes in recent hours, as reported by the Iranian Red Crescent:

• Mobarakeh Steel Company, Isfahan
• Shahid Haqqani Port, Bandar Abbas
• Sefid Dasht Steel Complex, Farkhandeh Shahr (Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari)
• Meteorological facilities in Bushehr
• A residential complex in Malard

Iran has carefully worded to claim sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz along with Oman.
The GCC is not as a monolith as people think. There is a spectrum from the obvious puppet like the UAE to a much more sovereign nation like Saudi Arabia. But all of them live in fear of their own version of some Epstein Files or of the Mossad agents killing them off the leaders or of freezing hundreds of billions of $ of assets by the Americans and their allies. What are their options in case punitive measures are taken against them??!!!

So this is not as easy as some 'corrupt' Arab leaders as most here seem to think. There was a time when the same Arab rulers or their forefathers fought Israel in multiple wars and had also imposed the 1973 war oil embargo. They maybe 'beaten dogs' now due to various factors but they were not not like that most of their history.
True after 1973 they all started going downhill man Saudis agree or disagree with them had some integrity now they are just sad and pathetic they thought Iran would go down in a ball of flame but they have now lost economically 10 fold to what Israel has lost and how much they how much they will have to rebuild after this war probably is in the 10s of billions of dollars if not more and now they’re being told by Trump they are going to have to pony up for a war they helped instigate(rightfully so let them pay for it) and honestly Trump is going to make these idiots pay for the war anyways he already now has several years of back log weapons worth 10s of billions of dollars 🤦 if someone tells you something is going to easy odds are your being suckered into a fools errand

Hope these demons get same treatment they meted out to Palestinian prisoners
As per reports they are Merkava tank crew which was hit and Zionist soldiers arrested while trying to flee by Hizbullah.

More reports from :Lebanon from Hizbullah that they already destroyed 50 Merkava Tanks so far by using anti Tank French made anti Tank missiles.

Bet if this war is done and trump says he’s backing out personally how much you bet they’re going to let Iranian oil go freely from now on Iran should destroy or disable as many ships as possible to raise the cost of oil to pay off the war in a couple of years

The constant attacks against IRGC commanders seem to be an internal coup inside Iran. It does look like a faction within IRGC is working with "Israel".

We have to reserve judgement till we see the terms of the deal.

I’m not optimistic that Iran can strike a good deal. Even the deal prior to Feb 28th strikes was basically capitulation in many aspects.

The worst case would be no deal and Trump just leaving and all the pressure falling Iran to open the strait and being made the “bad guy”.
