It’s not a supply issue. I can assure you. At the absolute minimum Iran has at least another 1000-1500 long range missiles.
The issue is political will in Tehran as factions fight for strategy and end game.
Also there is 200+ aircraft/drones flying thru the skies of Iran so they have to pick their launch windows carefully.
As long as they got Hormuz. Everything can rebuild. As long as there is political and foreign policy freedom Iran can return. In fact, rebuild faster... there'd be those leaving mideast... Emirates for example who have years of project management experience... most importantly construction... that can be employed in host countries or wasted in their home environments but talent readily available to put to good use.
Everything can rebuild, mental slavery is often permanent.
