Even you do own a huge piece of land with huge resources, you still need a lot of man power to build a complete industrial ecosystem from scratch, and it might take multi-decades to become such arduous task.

I think Iran should come up with a version of Shahed drones that take can take a payload of 4-5 Lancet-3 drones. Shahed can take them 70-80 km stand-off distance to the target and release all the Lancets. 4 Lancets per Shahed, if 20 Shaheds are launched it gives you 80 Lancets fired from a stand-off distance of 70-80KM. Would be deadly against all aircraft in an airbase, many aircraft can be destroyed at the same time, 80 Lancents swarming, even 80% interception will land 16 Lancets on the target.

In theory that sounds epic, but I doubt it's possible in practice as that's too much weight for a Shahed to carry. Also need to take aerodynamics and drone range into account. Best thing for Iran to do is keep up the production rate of Shaheds and keep swarming the enemies. Sooner or later they'll run out if air defences.
