To be fair, the US has been on a moral and health decline for decades since its 1980s peak. In 1986 the US congress passed a legislation exempting vaccine manufacturers from liability and it all went downhill from there. Yeah, Baseer is basically an Arabic term that means "one who sees", "capable of seeing".
They really love Arabic in the IRGC. The Persian term for Baseer is Bina (بینا).
