Did Iran get a permanent termination of hostilities? No? Then he didn't.

Trump said this war would last 4-6 weeks and he finished it before 6 weeks at his convenience and the Strait of Hormuz will be open as he wanted. Total win for him.

This is a repeat of the 12-day conflict. If we won that one in your opinion, we have won this one too.
 
Lets wait for details before we jump to conclusions on whats been agreed or not

I don't think it surrendered. Trump is bluffing to get his "deal" so far nothing has occurred. Until I see Iran turned into an occupied like most of the arab world, I refused to believe they surrendered.
