First Trump is a known DNA liar, in a short time we will know the details of the temporary ceasefire

Secondly there are the 10 demands that Iran sent to the US, only short time will tell us what they are and if they benefit Iran

I really doubt IRI will surrender like that after surviving for 50 days and still retaliating in broad daylight

right, behind the scene maybe Trump met most of Iran's demands and it was likely decided to provide dumba*s with tough-man credit so he can claim that he finally defeated Iran after 47 years. I learned this as a Pakistani watching us deal with the indians and how they behaved after every ceasefire. Couldn't win on the battlefield, but decided to make movies about being invincible.

If Iran is left standing with its military and missiles intact it will have won a massive victory. A strong Iran stops Israel knocking on Pakistans door and is in the interests of the muslim world

Its only a victory if the conflict comes to an end, not when its a 2 week breather for the U.S and Israel to resupply and finish the job!

With Complete destruction of oil and gas infrastructure, power generation, railway stations, airports, seaports, industies, bridges and universities Iran would have fall as well.

Its better to save these precious stuff. Iran stood alone. Fought with pride, bravery and ferocity. Leadership is practically gone. From supreme leader to IRGC military heads. You just cannot beat Most lethal war machine in a conventional war with missiles, with out turning your self into a fail state.

Ceasefire right now will stop Iran from becoming Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan and save millions of lives as well.

Should've bombed those four desalination plants in Israel. That would've sent all the Israelis holding dual passports away and collapsed their economy. Should've bombed downtown Tel Aviv and all its tech companies there. Screwing their economy would've been a great long term deterrent. On the other hand, Israel have set Iran back by a decade. Those universities, oil and gas infra, schools, medical centers all add up.

Juice hold the American credit card with unlimited credit. Even if Iran managed to hit and destroy those targets, the US congress would write a check for 100 billion dollars for their reconstruction.

My condolences. The people of Iran, despite all our differences, deserved better. The death of a civilization is an event that few individuals witnessed throughout the history of humankind.

I really don't understand what has happened and how the Iranians ended up here but at this point only divine intervention can save the country.

For those who think that this ceasefire is beneficial, I cant help you guys, and it highlights one truth: the majority of you lack a comprehensive understanding of this conflict.

Also, this agreements seals the fate of Lebanon and by extension Hezbollah.

Crazy how people can't see plain facts.

I don't know what we Iranians have done to deserve all this humiliation because of a stupid regime, but I hope this nightmare would end soon.

As a matter of fact, I do. Iran's literacy rate was about 40% in late 70s. That's what caused the Islamic revolution, and ruined the fate of our country.

Iran is honorably trying to safeguard the territorial integrity of Lebanon. This is just a 2 week ceasefire and the Iranians seem to be agreeing to that, instead of the previous 6 week proposal, which would allow the Americans/Israelis to significantly buttress up their assault forces.
The 2 weeks are to give the 'diplomacy' a truly last chance. But Iran will retain the same firepower and the ability to block the Strait after two weeks as it does now; that must be understood.

I think they’re going to get bitten for worse next time they would have to agree to trumps previous demands he wants them to wave the white flag

It's nice Iran sent some missiles at the end there. Israel always shoots just after ceasefires so give them some of their own behavior.

It seems like US and Israel will just restock and bring more troops but Iran may also be using this time to resupply as well.

Maybe also the US is giving concessions not mentioned publicly.

We will just have to wait and see.

Truth is usually somewhere in the middle. Why do you trust what Trump claimed but not what Iran claims? We must wait and see.
