Israel is not the only one who might want to subvert the meeting. Let's be realistic here..

If you meant India then you probably know Pakistan knows how to deal with them. But I don't think India will sabotage the upcoming meeting in Islamabad on 10th April. And I really doubt even Israel would sabotage if JD Vance himself is coming to Pakistan.
