It was because of the USA.

Pakistani leaders talk day and night about Israel, but never say anything against Trump regarding this war.

These are the realities of the world: Israel is an easy target, while no one openly opposes Trump and his decisions.

Khwaja Asif has a history of making childish statements, similar to Trump.

I am concerned that the USA may have used Pakistan as a mediator to save face against Iran. Essentially, after being pressured by Iran’s strategic move of blocking sea routes, Trump found an escape route and a way to save face.

Anyway, it can be seen as a victory for Iran—a victory of resistance rather than surrender. The U.S., on the other hand, appears to have ended the conflict with a face-saving solution, with support from Pakistan

The Iranian delegation is refusing to attend the talks until and unless the U.S. agrees that Lebanon is part of the ceasefire, per the original understanding

It's partly this and partly because Pakistan wants to establish a safe passage for the Iranian negotiators...

I can never understand why they are going apeshit.

They always claim their economy is stronger, they are more developed, and that we are a failed state who spend 50 percent of our GDP on the army. They even attempt to isolate us similar to North Korea after Uri attacks.

10 years later, with a much larger economy and yet they are still jealous of us when we are chosen to resolve an international crisis. They just cannot comprehend that we mantain good ties with most countries except India and Israel.

I hope Iran sees that Pakistan stood with them despite the Saudi pact. And that India just gave lip service with Modi not bothering to even condemn Israel.

They speak for and on behalf of zion. They run their mouths because they're the spoilers... rats tail only has other rats spoil and sabotage any negotiations. And what I read from JD's last few words, is, he's been heavily poisoned to be outlandish and come off hawkish...

Which seems to make sense backed by a loading spring... could be all drama too... and here you use your better judgment... Orange has been known to play empty hand. As in his devil's manifesto aka art of the deal... called in bulldozers to show frenetic building activity. Though in this case unless he truly wants to restart the war... the Iranians haven't backed out and only gave him enough room for the leverage he used both through Pakistan and China.
And JD playing the spoiler will hand himself a defeat and a loser L on his forehead killing any of his future prospects in politics. He should know the mood of both his local as well as national electorate. Zion will however be going in overdrive to curate a bubble to suffocate any clarity.

Their bad luck started in August 2024 with Bangladesh revolution, they lost Hasina. Then Dr. Yunus took charge and they couldn't do shit. Then they lost the war to Pakistan in 2025. Then Trump imposed tariff and warned against Russian oil purchase. And now the ceasefire negotiation of one of the most prominent and biggest war of this century happens in Pakistan with biggest global leaders. How are they tolerating this, I am expecting mass suicide in India. :taz::taz::taz:
