Hmm....not really. The main reason Iran prefers Russia over China in security matters is the fact that Russia is more advanced militarily than China- most of china's tip weapons came from Russia or are copies of the Russian versions. I mean, even today, Russia IMO can,be argued to be the top molitary power in the world(*let me wait for some troll on here to still say US is the world's top military power, after its bad performance against Iran, so far*), and it has weapons neither US nor any world power possesses. 95% of world countries are afraid to fight Russia today, including US.

Well even if the Saudis are contemplating on building a pipeline to have all of their oil travel to the other coast it’s years away not going to be built overnight and since they are now facing severe budget constraints over mega projects that are looking to be scrapped or made into far smaller projects they can’t afford it at this moment they fudged up pretty badly they actually thought Iran would fold fairly quickly let’s assume they were fed the same BS Bibi fed trump

No Iran didn't got tricked. There's no deal accepted yet. You can't be tricked without accepting anything.
Iranians, Israelis, Emiratis who aren't liking ceasefire please go ahead and keep getting bombed. But, It would be great to be in home country before asking for renewed aggression.
BTW Yes, US would not have ended the civilization (though it got all the means to do it), but could have easily killed tens of thousands of more Iranians. So I think tricked or not, atleast ceasefire helped Iranian people. Both sides need to climb down from their maximalist position for a deal, otherwise nothing is stopping United States to keep destroying Iranian universities, factories, industries while keeping Iran's power plants and oil facilities intact as a bargaining tactic.

Just finished watching Dr. Vali Nasr video and he is already becoming my favorite Iranian expert along with Trita Parsi. Some points: Trump too wants out and there is some tug of war between how much Uranian enrichment and where to take the existing stockpile to but overall good deal for the Iranians if they can get other major concessions.

The Islamabad Talks II are coming up. Hopefully, an agreement and then Trump and Pezeskhian sign a historic deal some days later (Vali is not saying that--Pakistani channels saying that).

The Security Council also reported that the Pentagon continues to increase the number of US troops in the region. Moscow, April 14 (TASS). The Russian Security Council stated that the US and Israel may be exploiting the peace talks to mask preparations for a ground operation in Iran. The statement read: "The US and Israel may be using the peace talks to prepare for a ground operation against Iran, while the Pentagon continues to increase the number of US troops in the region." The Security Council noted that, according to the US Central Command, there are more than 50,000 US troops in the region, including 2,500 Marines from the XI Corps, more than 1,200 paratroopers from the elite 82nd Airborne Division, Delta Force, and the 75th Ranger Regiment. There are also approximately 500 US Air Force aircraft based at Middle Eastern airfields, including more than 250 tactical aircraft, as well as more than 20 US Navy ships. As US President Donald Trump has stated, these forces will remain in position "near Iran" until Tehran meets the conditions set by Washington, according to the statement. The deployment of units from the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East continues. An amphibious assault group led by the multi-mission amphibious transport dock USS Boxer, carrying 2,500 Marines, and a carrier strike group led by the nuclear-powered multi-purpose aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush are moving toward the conflict zone. It is expected to arrive in the Arabian Sea just in time for the end of the two-week ceasefire. I don't know about that. China stopped importing Russian weapons for quite some time. Russian weapons didn't perform well against Ukraine in the current war now in stalemate. And Chinese ambassador to UN stated publicly in UN meeting of Ukraine war if China were to supply Russia with Chinese weapons, the war would be totally different now. Russia is behind China now in weapons. But, that's Iran's opinion and their choice. China has no problem with Iran's choice. And it's true that unlike Russia China doesn't like to use force that much to solve international problems.

Really? Who did china get S400s and hypersonics from? Russia invented hypersonic missiles, which are new, so no, China is importing weapons from Russia recently, but probably doing ak discreetly, or purchasing more military weapons tech vs military weapons.

They did, amd thafs why 95% of the world is scared to fight them. Why is 28- nation NATO just watching Ukraine die slowly if russia is so tired?

Russia is behind China now. But, that's Iran's opinion and their choice. China has no problem with Iran's choice.

Not militarily, China just has larger volume of military equipment and funds and activity /larger army, but Russia still has the top military technologies and has gained a competitive advantage over China from its modern and current experience in Ukraine, which China lacks.
