Recently, China and Pakistan conducted the "Ocean Defender-4" maritime exercise.

After the exercise, the Chinese fleet did not leave the Indian Ocean, but trained near the Persian Gulf.

After Trump announced the blockade of the strait, a 054A warship entered the strait to escort four Chinese oil tankers out of Iranian ports(“中远珠峰”号、“海荣海”号、“金华海”号和“久阳博南萨”号).

Of course, we should thank President Trump for his preferential treatment towards China.

The United Arab Emirates Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed discussed in a phone call with Iran's parliament speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf de-escalation efforts in the Iran war, UAE state news agency WAM reported on Wednesday.

The rare phone call between the two countries comes against the backdrop of the UAE having condemned Iran's attacks on Gulf states, describing them as terrorist acts, while also calling for the unconditional reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

Meanwhile, the United States said on Wednesday its military had completely halted trade going in and out of Iran by sea, even though Trump said talks with Tehran on ending the war could resume this week.

So, point 3 means that in april, just in april China imported 12 millions oíl barrels and point 2 says that Islamic Republic has a regular trade with China. That means that Iranian oil is flowing without restrictions to China . Got It. Thanks for your insight.

To me, this war confirms Iran is the uncontested leader of the muslim world.

Iran didn't fired a single missile when day in and day out IDF was dropping 2000 lbs bombs over residential complexes, hospitals, refugee camps and turning entire gaza into rubble. When Israel had completely turned Gaza into piece of rubble it turned its attention towards Iran and planned to eliminate a future threat (Iran's nuclear program). Only when Iran itself was attacked only then Iran retaliated. Iran won't care if any other muslim country is attacked. If Turkey, Azerbaijan, KSA, Pakistan, Egpyt, Libya, Sudan, Indonesia, any muslim country is attacked Iran would literally say who gives a f-k. So please remember they only fought for their own country. They didn't fought for "muslims" or Gazans or anyone else.

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Wednesday and offered to cover any potential shortfall in energy supplies caused by the Iran War as the U.S. military said its blockage of all Iranian ports along the Strait of Hormuz has been “fully implemented,” and all shipments out of the country hav been “completely halted.”

Speaking to Russian state media, Lavrov said Russia is capable of filling any energy resource gap that China may face as a result of the Iran war and the U.S. blockade.

The Russian foreign minister added, “Thank God, we and China have all the capabilities” to avoid being beholden to the “aggressive adventure” in the Middle East, which “undermines” the global economy and energy flow.

You misunderstood the Russian demand. Lavrov is putting pressure on China, and the Russian government is demanding that the Chinese government lift restrictions on oil imports. Of course, he used very subtle and friendly language techniques when applying pressure.

The National Development and Reform Commission of the Chinese government has a potential rule regarding oil imports, which states that China cannot import more than 20% of its total oil imports from any single country.

By 2025, China's imports of oil from Russia have reached 20% of the total, so China will not increase the amount of oil imported from Russia. Recently, Iran has blocked the strait. So the Russian government wants to take advantage of this opportunity to force the Chinese government to lift import controls, increase Russia's oil exports to China, and increase China's dependence on Russia.

According to a source quoted by Al-Jazzera 160m tons of Iranian oil 🛢 is already out of the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf and into the Indian Ocean.

Yes I had posted some links on how Iran had prepared for this blockade by storing months worth of unsold oil at sea. Here is an article that goes into more detail.

Here is another article that takes a different angle, which is that Iran may indeed have lots of oil stored at sea right now, but in a few weeks time may have to shut off production like the GCC has, because all the produced oil needs to be stored somewhere.

Both articles indicate it will be quite some time, from a few weeks to even 90 days, before the Iranian govt feels any squeeze in revenues.

One must accept reality and truth even its not what you wanted to hear or even if its against your emotions. "Disliking" or liking shouldn't be done based on personal biases but should be bases on reality.

Read my post again which was in response to a post that declared "Iran" as leader of muslim world lol. I challenge you to pick any point and prove it wrong. Okay leave Syria as we can have differences in our point of views. But there's a lot more in my rest of the post and that is 100% agreeable for anybody who knows basics of geopolitics. Do you guys really think Iran fought this war not for itself but for "muslim world". You guys believe in such simplistic theory? You guys believe if any muslim country is attacked then Iran would come to help ?? Why Iran didn't fired missiles at Israel when Israel was comitting genocide at Gaza ?? How a country can be a leader when no other muslim country accepts it as so or wants to follow it ? Let's be realistic with ourselves. I can write tons of arguements that this war is Iran's own national war. It was not for Gaza and it certainly was not for muslim world. Be realistic please.
