Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

So it seems the pattern is

drones mainly MQ-9, Hermes and Heron
ground strikes shows missile/drones hitting parked aircraft and hangers
large support aircraft KC-125, E3 AWACS and C130
few fighter jets

These are just the loses that we know about. The real number in unknown.

Trump will come to Pakistan to sign any deal with Iran. He just said so speaking to journalists.

Hormuz was your last card , you played it and got trumped ....now , you will play by the playbook written by America.

You must be one of those who've forgotten that Hormuz used to be open. The one that Orange was opening for China's benefit... right?

US would be fighting a war right now... the containment posture is short of full on embarrassment egged on by a blackmailed fool running a vanity project. I'll block the blockade and open the straits that were closed by me for the world. This is nothing but an episode of slapstick comedy complete with B list actors... with intro from bonanza. Cheeto is probably one of those NYC kids who ate lead paint chips growing up and sniffed the fumes from trucks all over.
DOGE federal employees, tariff Americans and shut down government for a month to cut down on public safety net subsidizing private corporations.

Right now he's playing a game of chicken on American dime and loss... to make Iranians blink. A parallel to Cuba... where he wants the state to collapse by making those people suffer. For a colonial entity that has started several wars, killed in hundreds of thousands, lied to bring Americans to never ending wars in middle east. However the best thing that happened in lieu of this change in posture to containment is exactly the ceasefire... that stopped the bleeding. Right now he's feigning a ground invasion that will need close half a million troops and decades of commitment.

So what exactly is the playbook written by America?

Trump:

I would go to Pakistan, yeah. Pakistan has been great, they’ve been so good.

Islamabad—I’ll be—I might go, yeah, I might go. If the deal is signed in Islamabad, I might go.

Few days ago he said he isn’t coming, so take this lightly but if a permanent deal is signed i see him coming

So far no progress.

Both sides are not moving from their stance.

On other hand, Munir has returned. Seems mood off from facial expressions of both Aragchi & Munir.

No extension of ceasefire as well. If ceasefire is not extended then better get ready for renewal of bombings over Tehran and Iran's retaliation over gcc.

When Trump imposed the blockade on Iranian ports, he's actually violated the ceasefire. The blockade in itself is an act of war. So, in reality, there is no ceasefire in place.

Of course Iran will continue to live on and on after this war. The real question here is what policies it will follow in the aftermath: more of the same as it has done over the last half century, or not?

What Iran decides to do here will determine the future direction of the region in a major way.

I've been observing the new Iranian leadership, and they seem to be different in approach from the old Supreme Leader; the current lot isn't as vocal, and yapping "Death to America/Israel," and the spokesperson is more reasonable in tone. I hope this translates over to their on-the-ground policy.

Opinion: Direction of the Region

My personal opinion is that the Iranian's should just pull out of the Middle East adventure and leave it to the Arab's to deal with Israel & Co., this conflict, for a prudent individual, would signal the opinion of the region, as they have their own priorities. If their own didn't come, why should you stick your neck out?

The long-term course should be to reduce verbal diarrhea, get sanctions lifted, look East toward Asia, integrate their economy, and build from there.

For Pakistan

You've built a good rapport now that was never available before. This is the opportune time to ask Iran to change course on its relations with India, do trade, but the nonsense they've been doing in the past and investing in port cities all need to end. As the Indians have been using Iran as a launch pad for militant attacks on Pakistan proper, and as we've seen, they have gone after Iran in a Brutus fashion.
