Right. @925boy misunderstood you. I thought of clarifying for you but glad you did it yourself. And his response wasn't wrong either: If the Americans had thought a ground invasion would tilt the balance in this war then they would have but I have not seen a single sane analyst saying Americans should do a ground invasion--not even a limited one except maybe in and out in a few hours. It is a hornets nest in and around the Strait and even outside of the Strait into the north Arabian Sea.

I agree with your point of view. The main task of Pakistan's troops stationed in Saudi Arabia is to protect Saudi Arabia.

According to the military agreement signed by the two countries, Pakistan provides Saudi Arabia with comprehensive defense commitments. The credibility of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is trustworthy.

In my oppinion it is even better to host pakistanese troops.

Remember US was "protecting" Saudi arabia, so if they change US by Pakistanese troops, the better for Irán.

You know Pakistán will not plot with Israel agains Irán, which was exactly the main activity of americans in Saudi Arabia.

IMO, there have been three major mistakes done by three so-called 'democratic' leaders:
1) Israel attacking Qatar in 2025, forcing to a rare apology forced upon Netanyahu by Trump
2) India attacking Pakistan in 2025, leading to the rising star of Pakistan
3) Trump attacking Iran in Feb. 2026.

The so-called 'Alliance of Democracies' which the Zionists, the Indians, and the Christian Evangelticals have been cobbling up in America since 9/11 have proved that 'democracy' can certainly elect total baffoons, detrimental to their nations. While America is self-sufficiently powerful and will get out of the mistakes it has made, it is the countries like India and Israel who are and will continue to taste some fruits of their 'democracies'.
PS. Pakistan, too, has a stupid demagogue 'democrat', thankfully imprisoned, but I don't want to go into that in this thread--this forum knows my views well on that. I'd rather take a rational 'authoritarian' model like China instead of these 'democracies', a model sold like as if it applies to all as panacea. Screw that!
