Turkey is probably the weakest and least independent Muslim country with power today, not even close to Pakistan or Egypt- all of it's military actions in its region were instructed by NATO or US-

2. Invade northern Syria
3. Invade northern Iraq.
4. Invade Afghanistan
5. Send oil to Israel to support it's genocal expansionist war machine.
6. Now getting ready to send it's Isis contractors to Africa.


Militarily and politically, Turkey cannot think for itself.

Pakistan has used skillful diplomacy, military agreements and posturing , and it's land routes and ports to support Iran, so credit has to be given.

Egypt could be so much more and relevant, but at least they don't send their military on expeditions that NATO or US asked them to, like turkey does.
