Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

You can look up what you seek in the MoU itself just as easily as anyone else. I can copy it for you as you ask, but I cannot comprehend it for you.
But what is your reading on the text of the MOU the way it is?

Because you seem to think the text is not favorable to Iran?

I have said exactly what the MoU is important for many times before already:

1. immediate cessation of hostilities.
2. opening of the Strait.
3. waiver of sanctions.

The other matters are to be negotiated during the next 60 days.

What you comprehend from the above to indicate what I seem to think is up to you, and not up to me at all.

I see you are using selective texts:

1. You didn’t mention the full clause, immediate cessations of hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon.

That was an Iranian demand, not a US demand.

2. Returning to the pre-war state

3. Iranian demand

There was no mention of Iran’s ceasing support for its proxies, nothing about the existing ballistic missile stockpile or dismantling the capacity and capability of the Iranian state to produce ballistic missiles.

so does this seem to favor Iran or the US?

Irans punk'd da US bhai.

Pretty straight forward.

US is just negotiating them terms of surrender (reading the fine text)

Its understandable many are uncomfortable with this fact of life.

Trump was right though, he said there would be no deal with Iran except unconditional surrender. Looks like an unconditional surrender from the Trump side.

Per Brandon J. Weichert ( the Senior National Security Editor at 19FortyFive.com) post US-Israel/ Iran war where the US will look to retreat from the region, there will be 5 major powers in the greater middle east calling the shots

SA, Iran, Pak, Egypt & Turkey

The Israelis are screwed

I am not sure about Egypt.

Yes I was expecting that. It's a common tactic of the American govt and makes the transaction politically saleable as well. Reminds me of the 1990's when Pakistan paid for F16 planes which were subsequently blocked by sanctions. After some years Pakistan received soybeans and other agricultural products worth the same as what it had paid for the F16s.

It is still a better path for Iran than having the funds frozen , or worse awarded to someone else, provided the US govt actually delivers. Iran getting the actual cash back in its hands is a very remote possibility.
🇺🇸🇮🇷⚡️ — President Trump on Iran:
We have a new market coming up, and that's called The Lovely Country of Iran. It's a beautiful place. Would anybody like to go there?

They're having a hard time with food and we're going to be taking some of their money and we'll spend it and we're going to be buying wheat, soybeans, and corn, a lot of it, and that process is going to be starting soon.

It’s going to be big.

Holy hell.

Trump said yesterday that Turkey was ready to join the war on Iran's side, and they almost did, but the US asked them to back off.

US President Donald Trump said Turkey had been a potential participant in the war on Iran’s side.

Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump said that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan “was a prime candidate to go into the war with Iran — maybe on the Iran side, because he’s not a big fan of Israel,”

Trump claimed that he personally intervened and asked Erdogan to stay out of the conflict, adding that the Turkish president had complied with the request
