That is logical, but something has changed in Iran's behavior. Expanding the conflict in any shape does not seem likely.

One explanation is a certain secret organization that predated the 1979 revolution by 150 years inside Iran. They did not disappear after the revolution.
They are not stupid, just have other goals.

Iran closing the straits Iran knows this is going to restart everything all over again the message the new ayatollah I’m guessing Iran is preparing something but this doesn’t seem like the old tit for tat rounds Iran I’m fairly sure saw these negotiations as going nowhere we’re just trump trying to make the Iranians surrender and the Iranians weren’t playing it
Forgot to add didn’t the grandson of the ayatollah come out against the “negotiations” I don’t know anything about the grandson or if he’s influenced but I think the Iranians are going to ramp up the fight might not be simple as missile and drone attacks Hezbollah has gone quiet as of late and I don’t think it’s because of the fake ceasefire something might be brewing under the surface

UPDATE: Iranian media reported another wave of U.S. attacks across southern Iran, including another wave of strikes on Bushehr and Hormozgan provinces.
In Bushehr province, 12 explosions were reported over roughly one hour: five in the port city of Deyr, four in Asaluyeh and three in Bushehr city. A provincial official said no casualties had been reported in those three locations.
Iranian state media also reported more than 10 explosions in Jask, followed by additional blasts later in the evening. Three explosions were reported in Bandar Abbas and three in Sirik, with renewed attacks also reported on Sirik and Bushehr.
Arab media claimed a new wave of attacks was launched from Bahrain. Images and videos circulating online also purported to show U.S. missiles fired from Kuwait toward Iran.
Axios, citing a U.S. official, reported that the cargo ship attacked by the IRGC had been traveling through the southern Strait of Hormuz route.

Seeing that Iran has completely lost its resolve and stopped putting up a fight, Trump is now bombing Iran every day, almost as if it were a game.
I’ve been warning all along that this would inevitably happen once Iran agreed to a ceasefire. I’m sure you’re all finally beginning to understand that for a country under invasion, agreeing to a ceasefire is an act of suicide. That’s why Ukraine absolutely refuses to agree to a ceasefire no matter what—I have to admit that on this point alone, Zelenskyy is right. Accepting a ceasefire is worse than surrender.

So not a long wait time this time around I’m honestly curious has the American military basically think it’s pointless now bombing these hardened missile bases if the intelligence shows that Iran retains most of their ability before the war and perhaps a bit more so since the breather room they got these bunker busters I guess aren’t as effective as the Americans hoped they would be I don’t know but seems weird they aren’t trying to take out those sites all over again
