Yeah, China saved world economy stopping buying oil.
But even without that, with a $200 oil barrel, it wouldn't affect a shit to USA ruling elite.
It only would affect to common people, even affect to rich people, but it wouldn't affect to the richest USA elite who take war decisions.
Of course piss off millions American people has a effect but less stronger than, by example, north Korea straight nuclear deterrence to USA mainland.
