The problem with people like you is that you cannot read between the lines, you need a book to understand things which others can understand in 5 paragraphs. And then you vent your frustrations while blaming others for your own shortcomings.

My whole argument has been the attack on the 3 Civilian Ships transiting the strait which Iran hit and then everything went haywire. Before that, attacks had virtually stopped everywhere. There was relative peace and hope all around. And trump may be a conman, but he is also a simpleton who cannot control his emotions and feelings. Else, in which timeline would he ever have had cursed Nethanyahu??

It is your opinion that Trump wants total capitulation from Iran, had that been the case, Trump would have been striking all the power stations, power grids, water storages, oil storages and other critical civilian infrastructure which he has clearly not done on a large scale. He could just have ordered MOABs or even could literally have used Tactical or Conventional Nukes. I mean the attacks would have been relentless; Trump has so much destruction as his disposal that it is sometimes unbelievable that people still think Iran can actually defeat the US in a war. This is insanity.

And I said we could have expected the US to violate the MoU but not the Iranian side. And yet it turned out the Iranians were the ones who first shot down the US Helo and then targeted the 3 Civilian Vessels targeting the Strait.

Article 1 of the Islamabad MoU:

"The Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States, together with their allies
in the current war, declare upon the signing of this Memorandum of
Understanding an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts,
including Lebanon, and undertake that from now on they will not launch any
hostile action against each other, and will refrain from the threat or use of force against each other. The final agreement will confirm the provisions of this Article and the remaining Articles."

Israel broke the terms of this article before any hostile actions occurred in the Strait. Could Iran have been patient and shown leniency to its enemies? Sure, I suppose. But it's ultimately their prerogative, in view of Tel Aviv's discordant action.

Looks like usa not winning the battle of Hormuz. They didnt have the munitions and ground forces to win it anyway. Invading those islands is also suicide for usa.

I don't see how Americans could ever be comfortable hosting their troops anywhere near Iran after the recent Iranian attack on the base in Jordan which killed and injured many American servicemen. And Jordan was a good distance from Iran. So unless there is regime change in Iran, the American presence in the vicinity of Iran is ending or has already ended. And that leaves Israel as a concentrated presence for American hardware but that's straining Israel's civilian facilities plus also provided targets for Iran in a much smaller area.

That is indeed their case, but through their case they are violating rights of other countries which have nothing to do with the war. And that's wrong. They can do whatever they want to do with the US and Israel but none of their actions should inconvenience countries like Pakistan in any way. And yet their actions are putting strain on our economy. How can anyone justify that?

We are in a zero sum game, its existential for Iran, they will go to extremes if they feel they have to, luckily we have not seen extremes and I hope it stays that way.

What was the case on the day Iran attacked the 3 civilian vessels transiting the Strait? What was the case the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that?
How many days of relative peace did we have? Had the US not lifted its blockade? Had the US not allowed Iran to trade it’s oil?

Right. Lethal fire on those oil tankers was not needed. A sea captain wouldn't take the risk of passing through if mere threats of violence was made. That was an Iranian mistake. But, per Trita, the American reaction to that too was a disproportionate. There was a middle ground. But here we are. Maybe there are talks going on to come to that middle ground. Maybe!

Why would Iran think it is a zero sum game? It is just the beginning. Some aerial strikes don't make it any end game and so no need to go to any extreme measure.

After that, when Israel bombed Beirut, Iran fired missiles at Israel and the US fired some salvos at Iran or maybe it did not. But after all this, there was a period of calm for atleast a week or more. And that's what the world was building on to. By today, thing could have been so different, if only Iran had not attacked those vessels.

Their objective was regime change they killed many of the leaders but failed in achieving that, Israels objective is the fragmentation of Iran. Both are unlikely to give up, trumps constantly threatening the annihilation of Iran.

Why they say this is to support and feed their well known hasbara theory to the sheeple abroad. That is usa-Iran by seemingly fighting is weakining mideast regimes for isreal to dominate them later on like when Iran strikes back against kuwait for eample. That is to mobilise support against Iran abroad with secterian motives if possible.

Ofcourse Iran has struck israel many times before and will do so but they already located their assets like fighter jets away from Irans bm reach(maybe in south cyprus or somewhere else) and isreal-usa refuels-uses air corridor over mideast countries while attacking Iran which makes them share responsibility with isreal-usa as well. Concentrating on logistical routes nearby by srbms is more feasible for sustaining effective defense for Iran currently than focusing less accurately on empty areas over isreal which is well protected by thaad or similar. Reducing the striking power would give usa more free hand to attack Iran from regional bases as well without fearing larger counter attacks. If those countries dont allow attacks over their airspace against Iran effectively not in words then isreal would be much easier to target for Iran.
