I believe Ukrainians are themselves very intelligent people.They have carried out very successful and impressive deep strikes in Russian Mainland i.e destroying Russian Bombers in its heartland being a great example.

That’s with NATO satellite and U.S. providing targeting intelligence. That’s US mapping where Russian air defenses are and when radars operate and where blind spots exist. Ukraine didn’t magically acquire space based assets and real time intelligence. It was provided it by the West to pressure Russia to end the war. In turn Russia gave intelligence to Iran.

Billions and billions of weapons have been pumped into Ukraine. And Now the grifter in Chief, Zelensky is back in U.S. asking for license production of Patriot missiles.

EU and US support is indeed significant but Ukrainian will to fight out an enemy with huge firepower and extensive resources to support its war is simply unmatched.

EU/US support is the reason Kiev isn’t in the hands of Russia.

The resources and components come from the West! And they are bought with something called MONEY!

It’s amazing how you think a country can fight a war without external support propping up its economy, energy filling its vehicles, components going into its weapons, and the cash/gold to pay for it all.

If the West refuses to bankroll the war and no one gives Ukraine loans then it’s only a matter of time till Ukraine runs out of ammo and supplies needed to sustain the war.

No, the reason oil has stayed as stable or falling as it has is because the world had a lot of reserves.
Those are depleting quick. The biggest factor was China and their minimum 1.4 billion barrels of reserves, alone removing 3 million barrels a day of demand from the market. Now we're about on the brink of disaster. Without a change in the situation, prices will skyrocket as those reserves deplete. The US has MAYBE 100 million barrels of reserve that it can use. Thats like 60 days max. Market manipulation by Trump.

You can't have your cake and eat it too. Decide if you want to run your arguments on might or right. You can't pick might for Iran and then go off complaining about what is not right against Iran.

Case in point of littoral states is also a precedence set in Montreaux convention for warships and access denial.

The precedence does not hold as the Strait of Bosphorus is completely sovereign Turkish territory, Hormuz is not. Even if it was The Montreux Convention grants free passage to commercial and merchant ships, along with passage rights during war.

If Oman capitulates at the rim of the straits because of it's inability to enforce a code agreed upon between Iran and Oman... it is a safety concern for all littoral states ... who'd ideally want some kind of a mechanism worked out overtime to protect all shipping and commerce under a convention.

That's Feedback and False Dilemma rolled into one. Oman does not want to agree to any code with Iran, neither do the said littoral states. What if Iran capitulates? Which, as things stand, is a far greater possibility than for Oman. Should we rope in others into this as well then? The mechanism's been there since Iran came to be.

Iran needs the money more than Oman does

It wouldn't need it if it were to just take the sanctions removal and run. Even if Iran gets the Strait today, it will remain a point of contention and hostilities until Iran either becomes the global hegemon or relinquishes its control. That they want to keep this flash point smoldering is shortsighted. Iran is the one who needs peace the most and no amount of fantastical rhetoric will change that.
