Alot of US military bases in Egypt or flying over their airspaces ?

In any case. The PGCC do what Pakistan did against Afghanistan from 2001 onward (actually the 80s also). And what did Pakistan get in return? Endless conflict in it's own Pashtun areas. Vasal states have an unenviable position, but it is what it is.

And let me add. If Pakistan's government wasn't a vasal of the US, which during Imran Khan was lessening (hence the coup against him), it could do great business with China. Build the sorely needed infrastructure, industrialize to get the 250 million hard working people some badly needed jobs etc., and thereby slowly loosen it's vasal status of the West. At the end, the West will tear apart Pakistan very easily, it's just not Pakistan's turn. Sadly the bought and paid for military leaderships stops better cooperation with China and keeps the course: little pocket change by Arabs and little arms aid by the US, while the country has 0 development.

There is no reason Pakistan shouldn't be having 10% growth a year. Look at Bandladesh. And India. (maybe not today 10% but near 10% for many many years.

Let me give you some reality check.

If US/EU will set up a company in Pakistan, not only that company will play fair in market but also pay highly competitive salaries to its employees.Technical staff will give a visit and train the local people there to run the business.
On top of that these US/EU based multinationals have businesses across the world.People can move from Pakistan to GCC in the same company and from there to Europe also if they are competitive enough.

While Chinese will set up a factory in Pakistan, hire women on lowest possible salary, not only that, bring their own nationals for top management roles.
Chinese are very gaaplebaaz people in nature.They pay Labour level salaries to graduates.

Even the former EU/US Multinational Companies in Iran pay good salaries (in dollars) to Pakistani Technical Professionals.
The Standards US/EU have set, Chinese aren't reaching there even in next 100 years given their dubious nature.

Yes. I agree that Iranian influence has been degraded. But remember that US and Israel position will change forever.
They started this campaign and even Israel recognized that Irán was not behind the 7 October.

So being all there actors a weakened position the real winner will be the one that can imposse most of their goals and nowadays none Israel or US seems able to achieve even some of them.

BTW, Reuters is generally credible. They have their Western-bias but more often than not, they are credible. And that's saying a lot about media these days!!

Egyptian AD is nowhere near Israel or America, so slips can happen to due to gaps in their AD coverage, but I still have a weird feeling about this attack specially when Israeli's are having a orgasm over starting a war with Egypt and Israeli War criminal is in Washington DC ordering American leadership what to do and how to do it.
