If this is true I wouldn't expect Iran to be publishing it, especially the transport via Pak. SA could easily protest and block it, so makes me think the news unlikely to be accurate or a major leak to throw spanner in the works.

I have always said that the Arab nations are reluctant partners. This war serves them no purpose--on the contrary. Add to your list: When some months ago the Americans wanted to open the Strait (operation 'Freedom' something), the Saudis had declined to help with that by allowing their land/airspace. Trump was reportedly furious with them on a phone call.
Arab nations are not without their own leverage despite the considerable threats/leverages the Americans have over them: They can take a regional stand and threaten the Petro Dollar itself as their own Samson Option.
