Decapitation, and by his own words, the second decapitation and part of the third decapitation have all been done on February 28th. Also, all Iranian missiles are (almost done, 84% done, 93% done, 72% done) etc.

Only a child with a tiny mind gives any meaning to his words. He's a joker and trying to wear out public opinion, both in Iran and elsewhere, and is manipulating oil markets.

Decapitate D's nuts.

Agreed, seems like Argachi and Pezeskhian thought they could bring Oman into Iranian orbit with this moved. Failed spectacularly. Oman actively refuels and rearms U.S. navy.

What were they thinking?

Iran routinely tries to ally itself with Sunni Muslims and its backfires each time (Hamas, Sudan, Qatar, and now Oman). The only allies Iran has been able to rely on have been Shiites or other minority religions (Alawaites and Zaydism).

Sunni Muslims will never strategically ally themselves with Iran as long as Saudi Arabia has $$$$ to buy influence in the Muslim world.
This guy.. I swear.

The only reason Iran ever mentioned Oman, not IRGC but the civilian government, is because of the concept of territorial waters. That gives credence to it's position. Or it should just say: we were attacked, now the entire Strait is ours, end of. Regardless of anything. Which would give credence to the US and the West saying: this is illegal.

The US position is utterly delulu, which is saying that the SoH is purely 'international waters'. Idiot. As if Iran's southern coast has no territorial waters?

In any case, bringing in Oman is fine, as long as the real power rests with Iran and Oman isn't a proxy of the US. That's fine and on paper very legal.

If Oman will be used as a proxy in the future, it's not fine. If it's not, then fine, because Oman will never close the strait or do anything rash, it just can't. That leave de FACTO power in Iran's hands, because there is no way the US navy will ever return to Bahrain after this, or permanently stay around the region.

Well, I suppose it's hard to find empty Ukrainian bases around us to hit.
Those bases are becoming empty, because Iran can hit them and is hitting them.

Only a fool would argue that Iran should get into an active shootout with a proxy in Europe that can't exist without being a pure proxy. It's called a provocation and Iran didn't respond to a silly provocation. It will respond if 'the Ukraine' keeps doing it.

They didn’t strike for the same reason Iran didn’t invade Afghanistan after they beheaded a bunch of diplomats and their family in the mid 90’s…..it is more headache than it’s worth.

Hitting Ukraine doesn’t change the realities on the ground there when Russia has been beating up Ukraine every day for 4 years. It would invite reprisal attacks and Ukraine can fire 100 drones a day at Iran.

So instead, Ukraine said they won’t target Iranian ships any longer and Iran decided to avoid escalation. The question becomes will Ukraine honor this?

Iran will be in a VERY tricky spot if Ukraine attacks another ship.
Finally you say something logical. Indeed.

And if Ukraine does, Iran will have to respond the way it did in the PG region: shoot at the people BEHIND the proxy, not the proxy. Hit some bases in Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania. Yes article 5 be ghabre padaresh. You think Europoors have ANY relevance in the middle east region? Go ahead and art. 5, make my day. Dead letter of a dead treaty.

RIYADH: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman held a telephone call on Monday with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss relations and the latest developments in the region, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During the call, the two leaders reviewed ties between Saudi Arabia and Turkiye and explored ways to strengthen cooperation across a number of fields, SPA added.

They also discussed regional developments amid heightened tensions in the Middle East and the security situation in the Red Sea.

President Erdogan reaffirmed Turkiye’s condemnation of attacks by the Iran-backed Houthi militia on ships in the Red Sea and expressed his country's full support for Saudi Arabia.

The Turkish leader also welcomed the establishment of the multinational maritime defense coalition led by the Kingdom, expressing hope that it would succeed in protecting international shipping and achieving its objectives.

Iran keeps pounding the proxies in Erbil and near the borders. Wonderful. This means there is truth to American withdrawal from there, which is huge. They have been building up that area since the 90s. Not even Saddam could hit there.

@Persian Gulf
@ShapurII

Who believes this? Where was this public apology? Zelensky said Islamic Republic of Iran doesn’t have a right to exist.

this is what Araghchi (and now Rezaee) is calling an apology:

Pressure on Kurds need to be maintained because they are the useful idiots the Americans will coerce against Iran. Meanwhile Iraqi militia keep pounding Kuwait:

The problem is that this is another low for our deterrence.

If a country like Ukraine which is hardly even a middle power can target our civilian vessels and kill an Iranian national, even accepts responsibility and boasts about it without even apologizing to us, and doesn't even pay a penny to us, then we have no deterrence and we're really at the mercy of other countries in the world.

This is a bad precedent. A terrible one. Expect more countries to try us in the future.

So, let me see if I have understood you correctly, you say we shouldn't respond to Ukraine, but instead next time we should target NATO countries and let them activate Article 5 against us? Seriously? Be ghabre pedaresh? Just as simple as that?

You do realize that the Europeans do not even need to have any sort of relevance here to hit us? Turkey is one of our neighbors and is right next to us! Have you looked at a map?

Trump pushing back against war hawks is a good thing

Now we need courage to emerge out of this with a genuine deal that pleases all sides, with exception of Israel which has insane demands that's basically have every other nation in region self destruct and commit suicide
