These gcc countries pay a pretty penny to buy these expensive toys and let americans operate these toys only to defend israel, we saw that last year when israel dropped bombs on doha and centcom didnt even fire a single missile to intercept israeli laura ALBMs despite qatar having the biggest american base in the region and serving as HQ of centcom.

That is the best strategy focusing mostly on targets inside Yemen borders whether saudi or local groups these are all valid targets for Houthis and no defensive treaty item would be triggered for sure.

Other than that selective targets can be hit inside saudi arabia as a response strike after every saudi air strike or similar announcing this strike is made because of that previous saudi air strike or a missile attack. That would ensure the defensive posture of Houthis.

I mentioned about the anti ship false flags that Houthis should be alert for and demand immediate investigations if that happens. Recent false flag was some weeks ago when a ship close to Egypt was attacked by drones and who did the attack was not found out. Recent announcement that only ships that are connected to the blockade of Yemen will be targeted was a good move as well.

Also Pakistani and future Turkish bases inside saudi arabia should not be on secret locations. In war time the forces can relocate and operate from secret areas. But for example if saudi makes an attack from a base towards Yemen and Yemen strikes back at that base which hosts has a joint secret Pakistani or Turkish barracks nearby that can result in Pak-Turkish casualties triggering a wider conflict. In normal conditions Pak-Turkish bases should be at known locations like nato Incirlik af base. Houthis would not target those areas in that case and unwanted scenarios would be averted.
