The real issue with ones seeking to replenish their inventories of patriots are not numbers at all. It is the increasing mismatch in interception rates... the number of interceptors needed per interception and kind of interception. If PGCC expel US forces and dismantle their bases in favor of Pakistan and Turkiye then it's all win for Iran and everyone in the region besides Israel

I can imagine current USA leaving Middle East to his own luck, without violence.

These interceptors will arrive over the course of several years. The US wants to boost PAC3 production to 2000/year by 2032 I believe. So it will take a while

You didn't get it...
The interceptors are already yesterday's technology... aiming to intercept missiles that will not even exist by the time they arrive. It is an exercise is futility. They have served their purpose and the aim on the other end wasn't successful. To reup these will not project safety but a feel-good attempt harkening on the best they had to offer on top of their capacity.
