Its a free market out there on the planet. You want oil from da PG then you gotta deal with Iran now.Its seriously difficult to believe that "neighbors" will do anything that can help Iran economically while US is all out trying to strangle Iran by max economic sanctions + blockade.
US will never allow those "neighbors" to do anything that can help Iran sell oil or gain any economic benefit. Otherwise the neighbors which are tightly integrated into US economic / security model will face severe wrath of the empire.
That's why I completely reject any social media feeds suggesting that UAE paid money to Iran etc. Not at all. US would never allow it and such things don't make any sense if US and its allies wants Iran to submit.
Also, you mention that's why Iran is not hitting their oil infrastructure. Nope. Iran has not hit their oil infrastructure and that's the reason why Tehran is not razed / levelled down. Hitting oil infrastructure is the very last red line, if that's destroyed then there's no one stopping US to use whatever it got. Also Iran doesn't want to make whole world its enemy. Lots of countries, including third world poor country depend on that oil. They will consider Iran as villain if Iran gets to hit energy infra of GCC before its own energy infra is destroyed. Iran will not hit GCC oil infrastructure ever. If that's done then it means Iran has exhausted all of its cards. Iran would never want a scenario where it has exhausted all of its final cards. If Iran had nukes then they could do have done such daring things as last card would still be remaining as WMDs.
Only country that really can do business with Iran was China but it was clear that China didn't wanted to get into this. So when even China backs off then its clearly understood that none of "neighbors" have guts enough to challenge US maximum economic pressure campaign.
