The situation as of September 15 seems to be tilting slightly in favor of Iran, even though Iran hasn't been able to find a solution to the US naval blockade yet and it must do so fast before the Iranian economy collapses.

Also, the clock is ticking on Iran. We need nuclear weapons or things can get out of hand.

Oil prices are well above $100 per barrel at the moment. Diesel prices are going up before the midterm elections. This is good for Iran obviously.

On the other hand, Iran's currency has appreciated against the US dollar by 2%. Not much, but if they can keep it fixed there, it's great.

The problem is that soon universities in Iran will open and if the US dollar continues to appreciate against the Iranian Rial, prepare for more protests and unrest. The US and Israel may have armed Kurds and rebels inside Iran as well. Never underestimate Mossad and their influence in Iran. Last year in December, 1 USD was about 80K IRT and now it is 235K IRT. 4 times higher in just 9 months. This is unacceptable.
