Yes but China demand is huge and gets a lot of oil from russia/central asia and africa but still that makes around half of its demand

the scary part is that china has the money to buy oil and pay a premium jacking up the prices substantially for other countries

China still has over 1.2billion in strategic/war reserves but don't want to tap into that
