Well to be fair when did they do that after Trump backed out of an agreement and Iran was doing 3 or 5 percent before that they held up to an agreement that Trump decided to leave and I don’t blame the Iranians if they did actually go nuclear Trumps buddy in NK has them and he loves his brother but if Iran actually did wish to go nuclear they had 20 years to do it all international and American reports said they had stopped meaningfully attempting to build a weapon 20 plus years ago it wasn’t worth the risk it actually might be worth the risk now thoughThat's just it. For commercial power generation, 7-10% is sufficient for establishing the chain reaction necessary for power generation.
10-20% is commonly used for research purposes.
Greater than 20%, forget the range now, is what is typically used for propulsion.
At 60%, someone needs to be asking "are you pursuing a nuclear weapon"?
