Russia is, and until the Iranian govt says otherwise, then that's what it is. Iran is mature enough to understand that Russia has to look after it's interests first, because afterall, Russia is in a proxy war against the West in Ukraine and also needs more revenue $ to fund its war in Ukraine and govt budget. It's a temporary fix also.

IMO iranians are pressing higher the oil price just to make more sour the defeat of Trump in Midterms. Maybe it is not related to arabs instead just pressing up the price to make him unlivable the rest of his tenure...
