Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

There’s no such thing as the “international rules based order”.

That’s a fantasy.

There’s the Judeo Christian world order. Underpinned by the Dollar and it’s financial transaction system called SWIFT.

However, there’s three problems with this:

1. You have to store your reserves in US treasuries. Thus you become US’ lender whether you like it or not.

2. To be a participant you have to be neutral or be an active participant in the genocide of Palestinians.

3. If you aren’t a participant then the Judeo Christians will wage ruthless economic and military wars against you. E.g. Cuba, Venezuela and now Iran.
I am not saying this system is “correct”, but it is what it is. If there is a viable alternative to this system, that’s another matter, but there isn’t. If you had China and maybe Russia and other world powers actively going against this system, then it might have been different.

This is the problem Iran faces, it is too emotional and looks at everything from a moral, zero sum perspective. International affairs are more nuanced and complicated.

Cuba and Venezuela are failed states. I don’t think Iran wants to face the same fate these 2 countries are facing.

Disagree with this overly idealised interpretation. No military can totally extricate itself from the economic and (more broadly) civilian areas it is tasked with defending. This does not constitute "human shielding", particularly when certain enemies will themselves intentionally target civilians and economic installations.

Barracks may well be (and are) located inside cities also, to defend those cities and also to react rapidly to counter other threats (civil disorder, natural disasters etc). Are those barracks commanders suddenly guilty of "human shielding"?

Should Iran or Pakistan or anybody not counter the threat even when it is right on top of a city centre?

I never used the term “human shield” in this specific context.

So, don’t assign that accusation against me.

You have a habit of punching thin air.

There’s real enemies to fight.

Save your fist for them.

More missiles launched into Graveyard of Hormuz. The 4th rumored launch of the day.

WHERE IS TRUMP? SLEEPY DONALD! Not good!

I disagree. A Zionist Iran would have been of far more value to US/Israel than a balkanized one. Just imagine the amount of power projection an unsanctioned Iran with access to western tech could do for US and Israeli interest.

At that point Iran would have ceased to have been a Muslim country. And taken down the Shiah branch with them.

Many excuse Saudis and Gulfies due to their low IQ characteristics.

Iran would have no such excuse.

Cuba and Venezuela are “failed states” because of US embargo.

US calling them failed states is like pushing someone down the stairs then calling them a “bit clumsy”.

You’re missing the point sadly. You have to play to win, and for everyone in your opposition to lose.

As China deals with the US Judeo Christian World Order and the global economy, even China could be classified by Iran as opposition.

Yet, Iran is heavily dependent on China for its long term economic survival.

These two things cannot be reconciled.

It’s time we stop being morally outraged by Pakistan or any other nation, and start viewing things from a pragmatic, realistic viewpoint.

Very naive dude as Iran could have flipped into becoming independent under your scenario.

Zio-US do not care about intent but capability.

You point is like a broken pencil.

Eh! You concocted this nonsense logic by yourself. It’s not Iranian policy.

In fact Iran is part of Chinese BRICS order.

Iran has no issue dealing with countries that are part of the judeo Christian order.

However, it does have a problem with countries that actively war monger for it.

Certain individuals are morally outraged by Pakistan for reasons completely unrelated to the topic being discussed in this thread. It is a default setting unfortunately for some.

Surely, at this point, Iran would have moved most of its production facilities into secure locations that cannot be bombed? I can't imagine Iran leaving what remains out of its infrastructure out in the open to be bombed ?

The unknown is if the USA has found a way to penetrate those missile bases or not of course ?
Some stuff like has to remain above ground, transportation and deployment mechanisms can still be observed so they do have a renewed target bank. Moving missiles out the bases and deploying them is the harder part which isn't 100% successful.

At this point Trump doesn't really care. Like Republicans of the past he'll force next Democratic administration to deal with the wars he began.

Israel will likely continue to push the US to strike with it every 6 months or so or seek a greenlight to do itself. If GCC weren't vulnerable to Iranian attacks it would be more common.

Iran likely to embrace wait and see approach while applying pressure.
