Israel planned a much larger operation. First taking put AD and then striking more targets (why else would they need 100s of aircraft?).

Iran repelled this and so they had to downscale the attack. You could see the disappointment on their faces.

Their SEAD/DEAD didn't go as planned, it seems.

But Iran cannot escalate. If it does, US will join in the attack.

US has assured - it will not be directly involved as long as Iran does not escalate.

The firepower means US will ultimately prevail albeit at great cost.

Status quo is maintained because Iran doesn’t want to get destroyed and US doesn’t want to bear the cost.

But Israel is trying every trick to break the status quo.

If the US stayed out - Iran would destroy Israel in 48 hours.

Believe me, if Iran doesn't escalate, Israel will attack Iran again. Iran is moving towards war with the US and nothing conventional can stop this.

I didn't "demand" it. I'm one of those 10s of millions of people anyway.
But Iran doesn't have a choice. Europe is also exerting pressure on Iran for the first time since 90s.
At this point, it seems fair to assume that war with the US will happen.
We're on the verge of World War III, even if it's going to be played out silently.

Its a bluff. US will abandon Israel.

Because if Iran attacks it will be followed by another Israeli attack. Each one will be slightly more lethal than the last.

US public and donor class will not tolerate Iran having the last say.

Whoever the US President - they will have to backup Israel.

Iran’s objective was to let the Zionists know - if Iran goes down - so will Israel.

I think that has been achieved.

Hence Iran can walk away with head held high.

Keep fortifying strategic assets and mend fences with the Arabs.

Iran is destined to be the leader of the Muslim world because they are the best educated and technologically advanced Muslims.

But they will have to suffer a lot of pain for a couple of decades!
