What weed are you smoking? All videos show Iranian BMs have many successful hits on Nevatim airbase. If you think it's "ineffective" because not many planes were destroyed, it's because most of them were in the air, and Iran didn't use Cluster Munitions at those warheads to make it longer to repair the airbase. In other words, Iran was holding back a lot...
