As others have mentioned, Trump has cut off the Palestinians from talks, he has used the word 'Palestinian' as an insult in the debates, and has a history of recognizing contested areas as part of Israel (Jerusalem, Golan heights). Trump signed the 'Muslim ban' and has vowed to reinstate and expand it to more countries.

Neither side is a friend of Muslims or Palestinians, both sides are strongly pro-Israel, but only Trump actively hates Muslims. He plays nice with the GCC Arabs only because it helps his private businesses.

Between the last 4 American presidents under which one were the least Muslim casualties? Trump. Less war is good for Trump's personal image and since he's egotistical my wager is he's better for Gazan civilians.

Neither side is a friend of Muslims that's true but as reality requires picking the lesser of two evils I would say that's Trump - based on his actions as well as rhetoric. If you can give me examples of similar rhetoric from Democrats I'll take it into consideration but their actions speak much louder.

Yeah, once you finish someone off, there is no one else left to kill so the killing stops.

Plus he can say what he wants to rile up support since the American public is mostly ignorant of foreign affairs.

He doesn't just say these things, he believes it from the depth of his xenophobic personality. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. He doesn't care about Jews or Muslims, but Jews are rich and powerful in America while Muslims aren't, so he will do what is best for his personal interests. I already explained it above.

He has gone out of this way to do things he didn't have to do, like the 'Muslim ban'.

It is true Democrats have started more wars but Trump is not a true Republican. He is pathologically racist in his foreign policy: hardcore against China and Iran, but very soft on Russia because they are white.

By less war he means no American casualties. He doesn't give a damn how many Muslims die in foreign lands.

A better logic would be for Muslims to smack down Trump a second time so he never runs again. The Republican party has ZERO voices for Palestinians support but the Democratic party has many such voices.

Results are achieved by thinking rationally through the consequences of one's actions, not by throwing emotional tantrums.
