Iran has 3,000 ballistic missiles in total upon last credible assessment. That's a few days of intense volleys at the most. Most of Iran's youth of fighting age are not religious. Most don't even have a sense of proper nationalism. Iran does not have nuclear submarines. Plasma weapons are still in the development phase, most of Iran's indigenous weapons are not even mass produced yet.

We cannot face them in a classic war. We do not have nuclear weapons, nuclear powered submarines, our hypersonic weapons have proven to be weak to destroy their target and plasma weapons are ridiculous. Don't even mention that again, brother.

Our best chance to win this war is to impose maximum damage to the US assets in the region in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc. But our infrastructure will be destroyed as well. It's very complicated.

I think this weird "assessment" that he's referring to is the one by CENTCOM. And it's only about Iran's MRBMs capable of hitting Israel. I think it's still a huge underestimation, or at least I hope it is so.

But there is no doubt that if we include short range missiles, the number is clearly above 10K. Maybe even more than 50K.

The problem is how to fit plasma warheads into a missile for maximum damage (since plasma is as hot as the Sun at millions of degrees celsius).
