Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Araghchi:

Media is speculating about an imminent Iran-U.S. deal. Not sure if we are there yet.

Iran is sincere about a diplomatic solution that will serve the interests of all sides. But getting there requires an agreement that will fully terminate all sanctions and uphold Iran's nuclear rights—including enrichment.

Path to a deal goes through the negotiating table and not the media.

As for the latest fake news against Iran-U.S. diplomacy: using Iran to attack American critics is low, even for Israel.

Shamkhani:

Accessing Iran’s #nuclear sites and “blowing up infrastructure” is a fantasy past #US presidents shared. #Iran is independent, with strong defenses, resilient people, and clear red lines. Talks serve progress, interests, and #dignity, not coercion or surrender.

civil nuclear reactors are not that relevant
They are, indeed. Turkey is not under 24/7 surveillance like we are, the IAEA does not conduct random unannounced inspections, and the risk of proliferation is significant.

Civilian nuclear reactors can be used to produce plutonium and they have been used in the past for nuclear proliferation, i.e. India.

For comparison, the Bushehr nuclear reactor consumes 27 tons of 3.5% enriched uranium per year. Since it's a light-water reactor, about 1% of this mass is converted into plutonium as a biproduct, i.e. 270 kilograms of plutonium per year. Enough for 20-30 nuclear warheads.

Of course, it will be contaminated with Pu-240, but a nation with plutonium reprocessing can use it for nuclear weapons. And plutonium reprocessing isn't hard to master but it's hard to cover up.

So, it all depends on how well the IAEA is monitoring the nuclear activities of Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

Only way Netanyahu attacks Iran is if he can at least achieve optical victory, hitting some nuclear sites and gas pipelines -- while expecting a single and calculated response from Iran like TP3 then immediate ceasefire.

He will claim he pushed back Iran's nuclear program by two years and then end all the wars.

It all depends on how Iran would respond. And the truth is Israel doesn't know and neither do we. So it's going to be a risk he has to make up his mind on. Window of opportunity closes by end of year.

What was the percentage of black people in South Africa?
Why the country was called an apartheid regime and not a black supremacist regime ?
Hes an indian fella, hiding here.......I's sussed him out a while ago......

Interesting to see how different approach to Iran is between CNN and fox, while neocon hawks are firmly into story of dangerous, rogue Iran, for neoliberal lost souls it's not Iranian fault, but Trump is too weak to handle it...

disgusting anyway, msm from both of the USA political extreme fractions...

Yep. US does everything for Israel. The news about Trump ordering military to halt coordination with Israel is fake.

Doesn't indicate anything imminent. It's just pathetic theatre to try scaring Iran into give up enrichment.

I like your comments man

I feel like these disgraced baby-killer goons from 12,000 kilometers away are more in a state of fear rather than being in an offensive posture, and they fear TP3

They may carry out sabotages in Iran, which is why they fear TP3 and it's severe consequences

And this is a very clear war between falsehood and truth

And by Iran's victory many things will change

If this is true, then it is the ideal scenario to carry out TP3, TP4, and beyond

Btw, I think they are playing the roles of good cop and bad cop, and our reformists lack some guts
Mmm. I think if Trump reaches an agreement with Iran and Israel attacks, Trump is going to be pissed off and Israel on her own. Trump has many flaws and one of them is he likes being glorified as a peace maker which will happen if Trump reaches an agreement with Iran and it's signed... not to mention the Abraham accords having more Arab nations signing up. Israel/Bibi F's this up for Trump he will throw Bibi under the bus and personally drive the Bus.

Agree with you. They will try sabatoges, terror attacks over the course of the year (they'll try some things maybe succeed maybe not ). They won't go do airstrikes on Iran, especially not with intention of attacking their nuclear program.

Israeli's don't like to feel vulnerable. Their iron dome is not meant for Iranian drones and ballistic missiles. Their Arrow/Thaad 200-300 interceptors would run out if Iran fires off a wave of drones to deplete their defenses, then makes Israeli's vulnerable to incoming drone and ballistic missile strikes. Which is a feeling they can't cope with and don't want.

Remember they haven't truly felt what it's like for airstrike or powerful warhead to hit a urban area. They are not used to having a building entirely crushed. Imagine 500 drones hitting targets in Tel Aviv after their interceptors have been depleted. They would be shook.

Saudi Arabia probably can't develop nukes even if they wanted to but it doesn't align with their 2030 vision anyway.

Saudi Arabia already has it the and the Americans and everyone has known this for decades now hence starting producing ourselves in our territory will just be the same shxt. KSA has nukes is an open secret basically known by everybody
