Iran should advise Hizbullah to launch missiles against Northern Israel and and the Iraqi groups to launch attacks on American bases, Thirdly, they should advise the Houthis to launch strikes against ships and Israel. Fourthly, they should also launch their own missiles from the Iranian mainland against Israel. Once the Iranians get the ball rolling, the things will fall into place, and they should strike a massive first attack followed by a long term campaign over months.
