The IRI did begin a policy of teaching self sufficiency to its allies in late 2000s, however there was still a dependency on parts from Iran and expertise. Hezbollah's stocks of ammunition and drones were destroyed in the war. Its why you never saw some of their most feared weapons like anti-ship missiles or medium range missiles never appear on the battlefield. The organization was very badly penetrated and compromised and damaged. Its why despite Israel violating the ceasefire deal hundreds of times since then, Hezbollah has not responded, because it cant.

Again don’t believe everything the idf says. I think there is a greater plan here and stuff is slowly advancing from milestone to milestone.
