I think Pakistan is taking inspiration from Saudi, India and UAE who are able to play all sides and profit. But that approach requires a cunning and dexterity that I believe Pakistan lacks. We just saw India stumble because of that approach in its recent war with Pakistan. If Munira cancels his DC visit, then you will know Pakistan actually stands with Iran in this episode.

It's always been north of 20-30 missiles even by looking at missile serial numbers.
People have tried to come up with visual proof for Iran's rate of missile production. For different variants, 20-30 missiles/month has always been deemed reasonable.
