Unless something has changed, Spain has no tankers. UK, France, and Germany combined have about 28. NATO MRTTU has 7 the last time I checked.

In the event of any confrontation with Iran, the bulk of any refueling fleet will be US and the US will not need to send 450 tankers over.

The Irony of Israel or these people of Israel is that they are the most dehumanized people in history as they have been refugees for 2000 years and homeless for that long.
