Unfortunately at this time there is nothing anyone can do about the airspace. Any air defenses, air force are built over decades. Those things cannot be just brought in, especially without air cover in the first place.

Though, Iran has been preparing for this for 30 years. They knew they had no Airforce and they saw how Syria and Lebanon were taken out. So Lets have trust that they have some contingency plans or possible silos, to launch the missiles. They did say that they have lots of surprises hidden for Israel.
